The 2018 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets celebrate excellence in real estate development and architecture. Covering a range of categories, the awards offer international architects and leading real estate developers a prestigious platform to communicate a shared vision for the future.
This year, Solidere International’s submitted two applications. The first for the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah in the Leisure and Hospitality category for built projects. The second for Wadi Qortuba compound in the Low to Medium Rise Residential category for built projects as well.
The Oberoi Beach Resort received the 2018 Cityscape Leisure and Hospitality Project Award in the Emerging Markets after competing against the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuwait, the Six Senses Zil Payson resort in Seychelles, The Java Rain Resort in Chikmagalur India and Al Fattan Towers Hotel in Dubai.
The Wadi Qortuba Project received the 2018 Cityscape Low to Medium Rise Residential Project Award in the Emerging Markets after competing against Etihad Eco Residential project in Masdar City Abu Dhabi, Marsa 3 project in Muscat Oman, Diyar Al Salam in Jeddah and The Street in Mathura India.
