Concept

The innovative design of Muzahimiyah Avenue focuses on double height modular volumes that instill a unique identity to the project and allow for flexibility of space. The volumes provide a play of façade through the use of two-tone render and wood screens to achieve a variety of scale and modern village spirit across Muzahimiyah Avenue. A transparent ground floor provides clearly identifiable shopfronts and entrances along the street, while allowing for easy connectivity and accessibility.
